We had no heat on the first floor for about a week and couldn’t figure out why. Gerard and Manny came by and within 15 minutes knew the issue and had a solution. Previous work was also inspected on the second floor which resulted in us being made aware of issues that we didn’t know about. Gerard was very attentive and took the time to answer all questions, making sure I understood exactly what was wrong and what to do in the future. I called GAD due to a mal-functioning oil boiler. Antoinette was wonderful and assisted me in setting up an appointment. She was very informative and proactive throughout the whole process. The technicians were excellent and very experience. They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue. There prices were very reasonable. He also gave me options if I decided to upgrade my system since its 17 years old and gave me reasonable quotes to upgrade. I will definitely used GAD again and recommend to friends and family.
