I called twice and they asked if I spoke Spanish. I answered no and I got hung up on. Second call they don't even answer. Rude and unapologetic. Just because I have a Spanish surname doesn't mean I communicate well in Spanish. I don't mind you being bilingual but be bilingual in customer service.
