So my elderly mother went in for a spiral perm and was charged 250.00 for a perm not to take she went back up there and was told she didn't know why it didn't take and she would redo, after the redo she was guaranteed the perm would work still the perm did not take only a head full of frizz. So my mother went back in to ask for a refund she said that no refund would be given due to the fact that she had to use alot of product.
