Carl handled the filing for my LLC forms. Since it was my first business, he took the time to educate me on the process and even gave some great advice going forward. Also, the turn around time was much faster than expected. This is the type of personal care and attention that you will not get from similar online services. I recently had a personal matter that needed legal advice and after researching the firms in the lakeshore area, found this law office that focuses on fully serving it's clientele. Mr. Gabrielse provides accurate, complete, knowledgeable, and timely guidance on a variety of law matters. I'll forego the larger firms anytime to work with this firm with any needs that arise in the future - and highly recommend to anyone who needs legal advice.
