Dishonest traders, told me that they will match the price but when we were ready to purchase then they would not reduce a cent. Also the ladies at the desk were pushing us to buy their own product. The tiler as well as we were told that the tile is available in store but when purchased the tiles via email and paid for then there were no tiles but waiting for shipment to arrive. Dishonest, to get sale will promise you tiles are available which they are not, say will match prices but won't and have markups so cheaper elsewhere. Will push you to buy their own higher commission cheap tile range which you don't want. Will charge you undisclosed 15% handling fee against OFT if the tile does not arrive in time and you need to get out. No comment on installation except they require you to choose their tile range and quote is much higher than others. Avoid
