Erick was recommended to us by a neighbor, and the recommendation is appreciated given the on time, fast repair, and fair price Erick charged to fix a leaking bathroom sink. He also pointed out that the renovators installed the drain improperly without a vent, that if we ever sell this needs to be fixed to pass inspection, but it shouldn't be a huge issue for us in the short term. I like getting the full picture. I'll call Erick next time we have any plumbing needs.
I had Erick's company snake a drain for me. They were on time, respected my property, and explained what they were doing. I will most certainly hire them again.
Had two toilets replaced. Erik was responsive and helpful when I had questions about which toilet to purchase. Installation was done well and guys were professional. Would recommend!
I called and spoke with Erick, explained that my hot water heater was leaking. I sent him pictures and he came out within a couple of hours, and found that it was leaking internally. He noticed that it was a fairly new hot water heater, and he took the initiative to find out that it was still under warranty. He took care of return and the issue of a new hot water heater.
