Extremely awesome guided snorkeling experience - amazing guide through the reef. Very beginner friendly!
Me and my husband did snorkel tour, my husband is a good swimmer and has done scuba before and I am not a swimmer we chose this tour so that I could snorkel comfortably. Jason was the most perfect guide I could get for my first time, he made the entire experience very smooth and comfortable for me. I was able to enjoy the underwater experience, where we saw many sea turtles, fishes, reefs and learnt a lot about aquatic life and creatures. I would definitely choose them back if I come back to Maui.
We booked a beginners guide to snorkeling and the service and attention to our personal needs were above and beyond expectations. They let my wife and I barrow snorkeling equipment after giving a great lesson on how to and safety. Jason and his family are truly amazing people. (Follow up review) We of course had to return to maui to do a whale watching tour. I have done several tours and had that corporate experience. THIS IS NOT THAT. This is family.
We had an amazing time on the water with Gabriel‘s Ohana and the clear kayak adventures they provide. They were especially kind and considerate, caring, and relaxed about the whole thing which enabled me and my 22-year-old autistic son to have an incredible first time on the water together. What a great family run business, And genuinely nice people! We will be coming back for more good times!
1 star for extremely poor communication: I booked through Virgin Gifts on 1/9/26, as I had a $200 voucher. The cost for two people was over $200, so I paid the difference. On 1/9/26, I booked our trip for Wednesday 1/14/26. In my confirmation email, I was sent a Google address that did not load, as it only said “please meet us at”.
