I was referred to Gabriel's Best Air Experts by my furnace manufacturer because they were certified for this type of furnace repair. I had a few other repair techs come out before, but the heating issue was never fully solved. From the first phone call, the office staff was very helpful and polite, and they stayed in touch with me until a furnace technician was available. Very impressed with the heater repair and heat pump service we received in Spring. They installed a mini-split AC and heat pump system in our older home, and the whole experience went smoothly from start to finish. The estimator gave clear, honest answers to all of my questions without any sales pressure, and the quote was sent quickly. They were also very responsive when I asked follow-up questions, and the pricing for the equipment and installation was very fair. The installation crew was on time, polite, and very skilled... read more

They were also very considerate about our five large dogs needing to go outside several times while they were... read more

Our 29 year old boiler finally gave out, and after getting a very high quote from another company, we called for a second opinion. They got back to us fast with a much more reasonable estimate that was about $4000 less, and financing was easy to set up. They also had an opening within 2 days, which was much faster than the other company. That made the choice simple. On install day, charles and jerry were polite, professional, and very kind around our tw... read more
