Came to this dealership because my KW was having shifting issues. I was greeted by Tonya who checked me in and told me she will be out in a few to plug the machine up to my truck to get the codes. I was surprised that the tech here found the issue because this has been the 2nd dealer I been too in 2 weeks. Long story short Tonya is a great addition to this company.
