I was in my tri-axle dump truck on the way to a job in Newburgh today when I lost a fan belt on route 17. While I was waiting for the tow truck, I called parts department to find out if they had a belt in stock. It turned out that they did have one I then asked them if there was any way if I had the truck towed to their shop if they could get me in and get the belt on so I could on as the underground utility company that I was going to had a crew on the road waiting for material. change EGR Only one of the two screws was installed and not tightened, causing a coolant leak.
All the negative reviews are true. We brought in our 2025 Volvo with only 14,000 miles, and we were told the issue would be fixed under warranty. In the end, they still charged us over $800 for a so-called “air dryer cleaning.” This is completely unacceptable for an official dealership. The staff was dishonest, unprofessional, and handled the situation terribly. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone.
