I drive for a company that leases a truck from Gabrielli's. The service is good the employees are nice. But the lounge area absolutely sucks. Yes there is reading material and a TV but after 5 hours of sitting in those aweful chairs my butt is screaming. The wifi is terrible and the cell service inside the building is god aweful. I know there is a better way. The difference between an average sales person and an excellent one is staggering. As a first time buyer I was skeptical about going to a dealer after hearings so many horror stories about overpricing , rates and unexpected add on .
