Update, my truck is 1913 and yes both locations were horrible. My first experience with Gabrielli KW and it was $1400 to replace my surge tank pressure cap not the tank just the damn cap because it failed!!!. Mind you, I just replaced the whole surge tank at KW in Wisconsin. I was told "we didn't replace it, so we will not warranty anything" like what are you serious??? This is when I found out KW dealer support is a joke 😂 y'all act like we stay in one spot, it's a bit pointless to have warranties on parts if other KW deal... read more

I drive for a company that leases a truck from Gabrielli's. The service is good the employees are nice. But the lounge area absolutely sucks. Yes there is reading material and a TV but after 5 hours of sitting in those aweful chairs my butt is screaming. The wifi is terrible and the cell service inside the building is god aweful. I know there is a better way. I have been to many dealers and the lounges are much more customer friendly.again this is not a knock on the service being done or the employees, rather just a rant abo... read more
