Barri Glick was the meanest, most inconsiderate rep. A lot of us from PACCAR hated her.
Some guy driving one of these trucks, stopped in front of my home & went to the bathroom right in front of my home. Absolutely disgusting! Edit replying to the owner: Oh okay i kinda figured that at first but unfortunately i don’t have a plate number but he had a red dump truck on the back and just slammed on the brakes and went number 2 right in front of my home. Probably someone renting this truck but still disgusting behavior. I gave you guys now 4 stars due to it being someone renting the truck and not your employees.
Tried charging me for free service. Broke( or stole)2 of my tire sensors and claim to know nothing
I was in a rush and was new to buying from a dealership and Efrain was the best help I could’ve asked for. Couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience. Very happy with all the assistance I received.
From the time of first contact through a point-by-point instruction for the vehicle after we signed the paperwork, Efrain Garcia was excellent. Came from out of state to Gabrielli just because of how Efrain treated us, and we would gladly do it in the future. He, and the rest of the dealership, made the process easy and painless. Kudos Gabrielli GMC!
