I went for highlight and lowlights, and despite having called the day before to make an appointment, I had to wait for 20 minutes, because they had to go to buy foil in order to start working on my hair. The color came out completely different to the picture I had showed before they started working. The owner didn't want to acknowledge that the job was not done properly.
