Michael is good at haircuts but never honors the appointment time that was booked in advance. I mean what’s the point of appointment if you still have to wait in the queue to get a haircut? Better not give out appointments and just have everyone walk-in and wait in the queue. This place does not value clients time and when asked all they say “we are too busy”. Everyone is busy - If not improved too busy can go to “not too busy” very quickly.
This guy doesn’t know how to hold appointments. Your appointment doesn’t matter here. I drove 20 minutes only to hear that I need to wait 2 hours for a haircut. Make sure you have atleast 3 hours saved in your day to get a damn haircut from this place!!!
