She maintained professionalism, but was not kind or rude. She dismissed my concerns and acknowledged that she was doing so, saying 'I don't usually dismiss my patient's concerns.' I came prepared with notes and data, but was told that she simply didn't believe me because of my age. The tech who took data was kinder and more willing to listen to my concerns than she was. She has a side business with her other colleagues and was clearly pushing that agenda over her patient's concerns. I will not be back.

Dr. Baggeroer has been my PCP for the last 26 years. She will be so greatly missed! What a caring, supportive and listening care provider! Those of us who have shared her journey with ours, have been the lucky ones. Best wishes on your retirement!
I've seen Dr. B for the last 4-5 yrs. It's tough to get used to a new doctor...........my last one retired. Dr. B and I were both on the same page regarding my health. I do not have any serious conditions, she's kept me on track.
I've been seeing Dr. Aney for years. He's a great listener and flexible when it comes to trying different things to see what works. It's easy to make appointments and the staff are usually quick to get back if I have questions.

In 2007 I was in an accident and needed emergency surgery because the right side of my skull was shattered. Dr.Mcgillicuddy and his team saved my life! He’s my hero!
I am a long term chronic pain patient of his that he decided to (out of the blue) shame for using medication, which leads me to believe he never had respect for me as a patient in the first place. His brand of dry sarcasm is rude and inappropriate for his profession.
