Very patient, took the time to address questions. Didn’t rush us a bit even though we had a lot of questions. Really a first rate doctor. The entire office staff is amazing as well. Thank you Dr. Chassagne.
She wouldn’t write a note or clear her for knee surgery for my daughter who had brain surgery. Terrible.
She is so patient and kind explains everything in full detail and answered every single question I had. Never felt rushed or misunderstood. My child absolutely adores her. She is one dr who actually cares about her patients and shows it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
Not happy with this doctor at all. It took several phone calls and escalation to an office manager in a 12 day period to get her to call back with MRI results for my child. She does not respond to urgent messages and then when she finally does call back doesn't even apologize. Not very thorough in her review at all. It was like pulling teeth to get a proper response. Will be cancelling my next appointment and looking for a new neurologist for my daughter.
