Find other counsel - Ms. D'Agostino did not prepare the proper documentation after several requests from the judge/ magistrate and was not prepared during hearings. She may have a good heart but in my experience she was simply not on top of things, her verbal responses to the court agitated the magistrate, paperwork requests by the magistrate never got answered which caused a loss in the case: No parenting plan and inflated child support. As I don't like to write poor reviews- this one was justly earned. Find other counsel.
