We use the main door & walk into the building and a group of people told us that the elevators were getting stuck. No worries, we took the stairs. As we were walking down the hall, I see an employee looking at us but looked annoyed - didn’t think much of it. We (my party of 3) arrived 10 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment. I am so grateful I found Gabriella New York. After a grueling hunt for my perfect gown, I made an appointment and was so lucky to have Christiane work with me. She was so fun and made the whole experience painless and easy. The salon is gorgeous and intimate, there aren't a million appointments at the same time which I hated about other salons I went to. I found my dream dress and had such a good time trying others on. I can't recommend this bridal salon more, you will love everything about it! Thank you!!

Alzira is the best of the best! I honestly didn’t have the mental capacity by the time the fittings came around to deal with the logistics of one more thing, and I’m so thankful that they both just seamlessly handled everything and were EXTREMELY flexible! Definitely go with Alzira! And Derek is so kind and gets an A+ from me on customer service.

I had an amazing experience at Gabriella’s! Rachel was helpful, sweet, and hilarious. All my guests had a blast and I found a beautiful dress. 10/10 would recommend if you’re looking for a chic gown in a low key salon.
