Call because ac was making a noise. He came told me everything was fine it was the pad. Next day ac is not working. I feel whatever he did he did to get another housecall out of me. Ac was fine till he touch it. He still hasn't showed up today, keeps telling me I have to give him time. His cell phone is full, can't leave a message and he doesn't answer his phone. Blame yesterday not coming on time on his daughter's swim lessons at 8 am. Still have warranty but dont know if I want him to come back. I would not recommend him ... read more
been given the run around and been given every excuse in the book. Dave ignores my calls, ignores my text and occasionally will text me in short answers. after going back and forth for months. This is completely unprofessional. I will never use
