Dave owes me $1023 for a replacement compressor that was under warranty. This repair was paid in full in August and the repair was done in Sept. Iv been given the run around and been given every excuse in the book. I paid $1500 out of my pocket, plus paid for the labor upfront. Dave ignores my calls, ignores my text and occasionally will text me in short answers. He cash app me $477 3 weeks after going back and forth for months. He still to give me the $1023 he owes me. We initially hired Gabriella Mechanical earlier this year for a dryer vent cleaning and Dave was responsive and professional at that time. Based on that experience, we decided to sign a seasonal maintenance contract that included spring and fall HVAC tune-ups. I asked for a bit to review the contract during which time he contacted me multiple times. Unprofessional. He installed my system without the extras. Even though ive paid for those services so he could acquire them ive been calling and waiting since August. Not the type of experience I would have expected as I felt I could trust the guy Dave and made several attempts to reach out on how he could make this right.

My AC stopped working today at 12pm and my bedrooms were so hot they were on fire. I called expected to get an appointment for next week but Dave came same day at 5pm and by 6:30pm he had my unit back to normal. Great guy, very knowledgeable and I highly recommend!!!!
