Hey guys... you need to answer the phones. Totally unacceptable wait times. Amazing.
It is the worst Diabetes Clinic in all of New England, communication is terrible, when one needs to refill prescriptions, one calls and the Doctor's secretary leaves one waiting on the line for more than 45 minutes to more than an hour, there is no good channel of communication, they assign a Diabetes Specialist and after a while that Specialist is no longer in that facility, they assign you a nurse practitioner and you are left without a prepared and trained specialist,,, those facilities are a headache, they affect the emo... read more
