Waited 4 months for an appointment, only to be told it was canceled without any notification. Staff had even helped me schedule another appointment on the same day, and I have text confirmations for both. When I arrived, they said I only had one appointment. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional scheduling experience.
Been with Dr.Z for over 5 years however now I will be doing to a new doctor. Every appointment I wait for an hour at a minimum. Worse experience.
Very disappointed. I had to wait for over an hour and I was fine with it until she came to the room for les than 20 minutes. It was my first visit. She didn’t take the time to ask about my lifestyle, concerns,etcetera. Then I received texts about my test results including pep smear, all of them came abnormal and never got a call to talk about it, my concerns and how to follow up. I reached out and the nurse practitioner just told me to go back in a year. Very upsetting and disappointing. Never going back
I’ve been with Dr. Zandomeni for 11 years and she’s a fantastic doctor.. she’s so caring, funny, and knowledgeable. Sadly, her front office staff has become rude, unprofessional, and completely focused on money over patient care. I paid my account down to $0 (confirmed on my patient portal) so I could be seen. Now they’ve gone back and altered my balance to show I owe money again, and they’re refusing to schedule my appointment delaying my IUD removal over less than $30 that I don’t actually owe.
