Not many medical staff people call their patients at home to follow up these days but Ms Torres called me to ask how I was doing on the new medication. I was pleasantly surprised and happy that she called. It showed me that Ms Torres cares about her patients. Other clinics that I have dealt with don't even bother to return calls. Thank you Ms Torres for showing an excellent relationship to your patients and Merry Christmas.
She was very attentive and listen to my issue that I went in for. Right away She examined me and told me what I had. Sent me for a cat scan. She was right what she told me I had an inguinal hernia. She explained everything where I could understand. I would definitely would visit with her if I have to.
