SAW Dr. Gabriela Mroueh. She answered my medical questions herself and inserted into EMR. Communication via portal, phone, impossible. Observed other patients at the window who said they had to drive to the office to speak to someone. Ditto myself. Perhaps Dr. Mroueh does not reflect the expertise of the practice. I hope things get better for them. The communication issue is pervasive and not provider centric. Ridiculous. This practice does not meet any patient communication requirement by phone or portal or message.
Visited with Dr. Gabriela Mroueh, was not rushed, answered all questions, explained present and future, meds, labs, alternatives and laid out a path forward. Dr Mroueh is very professional and expert in her field. I would recommend her. Northeast Endocrinology was very understanding when addressing my appointment changes. dr Gabriela is really good, but the service of the staff is the worst yesterday I called the office to make an appointment and they never answer the call, 15 minutes waiting in line and after that they just hang out, no quality, no care, no respect, it’s really disappointing
She is absolutely amazing. Great bedside manner, answers all my questions, and is very knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend
