I had a Teladoc visit with Aldana. Sinus infection, asked for antibiotics. She gave me a hard NO because I didn't have symptoms long enough and instead prescribed Flonase. I even mentioned that I wouldn't take them right away; if it clears up within a few days, as she SAID it would, I just wouldn't fill the prescription. It feels wrong to even give ONE star. I feel like my money was stolen. Little to no input on my condition, just that i should see an OGBYN (i told her i had seen & gotten a pap smear 2 weeks prior). Absolute no empathy. I ended that phone call crying because she wasn’t listening & seemed adamant to get finished with me as fast as she could.
Was assigned this doctor through Teladoc. After 7+ days of worsening sinus infection symptoms, I was billed and just told to take more OTC allergy medicines and go see my regular doctor. Just hang up if you are connected with her. It'll cost the same and give you the same result.
Paid up front for a tele-health appointment. Doctor spoke to me as if I were a nuisance to her. Not an ounce of kindness in her voice, or even common courtesy for that matter. Sounded like she was using a flow chart and reading off a script. I was summarily dismissed in less than sixty seconds, denied treatment and told to go see my PCP. What did I just pay for?!
