It is rare to find a good doctor with a good bedside manner, it's usually one or the other but Dr. Smith has both and more. He is professional, intelligent empathetic and tenacious (which is a wonderful characteristic when you have severe pain). He is absolutely an amazing doctor and I highly recommend him!!!

I would give lower if I could! I saw Dr. Smith in a VERY SHORT VISIT in July. I informed him that had total spine surgery in Boston in 2015, and in lots of pain so my Dr. In Ma. wanted me seen ASAP, he ordered 5-6 X-rays, no follow up, said he would call IMMEDIATELY ONCE HE HAD RESULTS! I had the required X-rays done….going into Cleveland for the last one on August 28! Weeks and weeks went by with no phone call, looked at results which were NOT GOOD so called his office and asked for a return call…NOTHING…5 days..called agai... read more

I had to have 2 spinal surgeries and he made me so comfortable with the pain the way I was doing and in my recovery. He always listen and gave you options instead of just telling you what to do! Thank you Dr Smith!
