Dr. Nelson was very thorough and patient with me. He treated me like family and explained everything in a maner I understand. He is proactive in giving me helpful suggestions as to how to avoid future problems . He also took it upon himself to show me pictures online of similar cases to educate me. Not all doctors have this amazing bedside manner.
My mother is a patient of the memorial clinic. Dr. Nelson is thorough even in his short time speaking with us between seeing other patients. My mom is not the easiest to deal with now that her health has declined but it feels so good to know Dr. Nelson and Leah (another staff member) always take care of my mother.
Dr. Nelson worked me in as a walk-in. He and his nurse were very empathetic and professional. The center is very clean. Thank GOD there are still good people in the world and Affordable Health Care!
