Had my first massage with Gabriel, and what a treat! He addressed concerns I had before starting and is extremely knowledgeable on the human body and functions. Gabriel did phenomenal body work, I can’t wait for my next massage.
I turn to Trinity Wellness and specifically, Gabriel, when I’m trying to resolve bio-mechanics issues that creep up. His expertise in personal training, soft tissue release techniques and overall wellness topics makes him uniquely suited to help me solve my own problems. I enjoy his customized approach…like a detective. Even if you don’t know what to book, he will deliver results!

So far I’ve had a great experience using Trinity Wellness, working with Gabriel has been easy and knowledgeable at the same time! Been seeing him for a right trap issue, left pec tear recovery, and lower back tightness and pain from a herniated disc. Really appreciate Gabriel’s skill and earnest dedication to getting to the root of the problem. He is a wealth of knowledge in how the the muscles/tendons/joints function and he combines his diverse areas of expertise in identifying and treating the problem with movement, stretches, massage or other applications depending on the source of pain.
