I have gone to Gabe consistently over the last few years for different things. He very much likes to get to the root of the problem and sometimes that is not as simple as one visit. It may be 1-2. In the past I had some shoulder pain that is usually brought on by my lower back not being strong enough which pulls and over compensates. Gabriel knows his stuff! I went in with an issue I had been dealing with for several months. In two visits, I saw a 95% improvement, and I believe that will soon be 100 percent! His techniques are thorough and effective.
This place is packed with skill, professionalism and good feels all around! Lucas is amazing, knows his stuff very well and he communicates very well too! I highly recommend him! I’m definitely coming back.
I would like to thank Gabriel for the wonderful experience I had using his self created fit program . It was very rewarding to see and feel my body growing stronger with every week. The program kept me on my toes I should say . New sets of challenges and routines often that focused on particular muscles and movements very effectively.
