As someone in the mental health field, I’m pretty particular about therapists—and Tara at Gabriel Group Counseling has been amazing. She creates a safe, supportive space where I feel genuinely heard and understood. She’s helped me manage my anxiety in a way that actually feels doable, and I’ve seen a real difference in how I handle stress. Communication is easy, and billing is simple and straightforward, which makes the whole experience seamless. I’m really grateful for her and would definitely recommend her.
I enjoyed my experience very much with the Gabriel Group. We’ve had a lot of scheduling conflicts and they have been wonderful accommodating us. The therapist are very kind and genuinely want to help you. Will continue to be seen here as long as they can accommodate our wonky schedule.

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had! After I filled out paperwork to start therapy, I was told that someone would reach out to me within a day. Weeks had gone by with no one reaching out to me to schedule my first appointment. I had to call them a few times to get anything scheduled. Also, they charged my credit card on file without notifying me or sending me an invoice explaining what the charges were regarding.
