The Doctor is never in. Dr. Decandido is a nice Doctor however you will mosty likley never see him. My family has been with this group for 7 years. The office is ran by staff that never have the fax machine on and getting refills is nearly impossible. The physician assistants rotate and you are told up front there are no guarantees who you will see.
