I hired this company to do a mid level remodel which included a French Grey CL Industries pebble plaster resurfacing with a “lifetime warranty”. Within the first year, calcium nodules (white spots) started to appear. With intense research, I found this problem was caused by an improper application of the bond coat (bond coat failure or delamination) not by water chemistry which has always been maintained to proper specs, After several attempts to contact Gables Pools and Henry directly with photos, I was never contacted back... read more
