We love living here. I cannot hear our neighbors, and the property is definitely pet friendly. Great location and amenities. Dana is the best concierge-it is always nice to be met by someone so friendly. Update-one year later and the property doesn’t feel as well maintained. Dog wash is awful with duct tape trying to plug the hose leak. Broken glass by loading dock on a regular basis and much of the concierge staff seems to have turned over.
Great building with a great team. Dana at the front desk is incredibly helpful whenever I need any assistance and is always a warm and friendly presence at the front desk.
