EDIT - Exhausted after alarm falsely going off two nights in a row at 2 am, came to chat but was met with hostility and told the issue might not be resolved for a while because they have to order a part, so waking up every night with alarms blaring for 45 minutes at 2am is just part of living here for the foreseeable future. Lived here 1 year. The facilities are beautiful but you are often hassled about using them without paying an additional excessive fee. A common area was unused, so I was going to have dinner with friends there, but was told I can only bring one guest unless I paid Several hundred dollars to reserve the space. Additionally, they are extremely badly managed - nothing works, even the toilets don’t flush consistently, and a fire alarm goes off between 2-5 am at least once a month.
