The building is sharp but what really sets it off is the people. Ricki the GM holds it down. Real professional, no nonsense but cool and respectful. You can tell he runs a tight ship and looks out for the folks living here. Nora on the leasing side is solid too. Always got a smile always helpful and just knows how to treat people right. Renewing my lease and Adriana made the process smooth and seems very nice. Nora is always welcoming and available to help with anything I need. Ricki is a really really great manager and very helpful. He keeps the place really really nice looking smelling fresh because it’s a lot of dogs around. The concierge team is always helpful whenever I need something. As a young adult living on my own for the first time It’s more than what I thought it would be. If you’re thinking about Old Town, this is the place.
Nora is simply fantastic. Whenever I have had any request, she has immediately responded and taken care of it (and without me having to worry about checking back in to follow up)...she gets it done, and done right, immediately. Thank you, Nora, for all that you do for us here at Gables Old Town North!! Update: I have had several issues with my key fobs—most recently was over the weekend, when the leasing office was closed. I was admittedly frustrated, but as soon as I explained everything to Nora, I knew I was in good hands.... read more
I have been a resident at Gables Old North almost 5 years, and I’ve had a great experience. Nora has been a wonderful leasing agent always super helpful, kind, and professional. She truly goes above and beyond. Living in this building has been a pleasure largely because of the amazing leasing team, especially Nora and the manager, Ricky. They both make this place feel like home. Highly recommend!
