I went looking for an apartment and the leasing agent Timika Robbins was out standing, very professional and friendly. I felt warm welcomed. Positive energy right there . If anyone need appartment look for Ms Timika Robbins.
Here are my living experiences with Regency. Pros: 1. Location. 2. Maintenance team does good job. Whenever they come, they get the jobs done efficiently. Cons: 1. Stated pet friendly but with no perks at all. No dog park and no pet station providing bags. 2. Noise insulation between floor is really bad. I can hear my neighbor above me walking around at all times. The worst part is they are up at night, so I could barely sleep well. 3.
