After being a long term client, they kept 2 items I left there to be melted to make bangles. He made beautiful bangles out of many gold items he melted for me. Excellent quality, and just what I wanted. Later I found two items (an owl brooch, and a ring) for sale in the showcase. He behaved terribly when I confronted him. There was no resolution.
