The company went under new management and the process has been wonderful! It’s been super easy with renewing my lease, paying rent, and putting in maintenance orders. Super great and kind people!
Nice and spacious apartment
DO NOT LIVE HERE. The apartments are disgusting, the maintenance people won't come to fix anything and no matter how nice you leave it you will NEVER get your security deposit back. We now have several friends in legal disputes with them because they tried to charge them for fixing things that weren't broken and tried to charge them 10x more than it would cost to fix it. Total scam. Metro Properties should be forced to shut down.
