My partner lives here with his roommate, so take what I say with a grain of salt as I don't "officially" live here. 1. Staff is likable enough. It's a very small team that is responsible for this building. I don't think there's anyone here that can "officially" make decisions. 2. It's weird - sometimes the front gate to get to the patio gets locked. I have to walk to the front area of the building to get in. It's super frustrating. Building feels a bit old and outdated. Gym equipment shows it's age. Pricy for an older building compared to newer apartments in the area.
I love these apartments!
While we ultimately selected a unit at another property, I just wanted to thank Jama for her professionalism and proactiveness in our apartment search. She had consistent communication, always answered our questions, and went above and beyond to provide updates.
