TLDR: I never recevied my $300 application deposit owned to me since January 2025 (August 2025 as of this review). Now I feel I have to take them to small claims court to get it. I have never lived here, yet I'm having a terrible time with the organization. I applied and electronically paid a $50 application fee and a $300 refundable deposit in December 2024. Wonderful property and excellent management
I lived at the Alcott, previously Gables 12 Twenty One, for just shy of four years. It's fine. There are worse, but there are also almost certainly better. Lackluster package management was annoying, preventing some after hours deliveries. However, the DryyDrop location on site was convenient. The maintenance staff wasn't very good under Gables, improved some under Bozzuto, but was still slow to respond to requests. there are roaches and other bugs in the apartment and no matter how many times pest control comes, the bugs don’t disappear. they won’t give you a rent reduction and while they offered to compensate us for expenses incurred, living in these conditions are terrible to the point i don’t even want to be at home anymore. extremely disgusting and disturbing.
I had a great experience staying at the Alcott. Staff are super friendly and very helpful.
