We contracted this company back in 2014 for window replacements. We were happy with the windows and installation but we have yet to have this permit closed out. We have contacted Joel several times and it's still open. We have another project to do but can't get another permit because this one is still open...I'm really frustrated! It shouldn't take over two years!
