I very much apologize for this situation. I will be the first to tell you we where not prepared to handle the amount of customers that we had in the store at the time of the sale. It was almost an hour wait just to get to the register to pay. We are addressing this issue for next year as well as the phones being answered. It was by far the biggest sale in our 50 years and losing a customer on our customer appreciation day is quite upsetting and was definitely not our intention.
