The experience at GP has been horrible from the beginning. Needing to send forms multiple times to get them registered, taking 2 weeks to get a working key fob to get into the building, my parents still are not receiving the services requested and that are being paid for. Their in house medical partner calls from a restricted number and hangs up if you answer. The only contact is through a portal.
