We have been contacting them to no end for windows ordered over a yr ago to date. Will not answer our phone calls or give an ACCURATE UPDATE on custom windows. Avoiding us with no explanation-lawyer calls and they answer probably because they didnt recognize the number. Very unprofessional-we just need answers.
