I'm goin back I trust a mechanic when they don't just go ahead and fix what you think the problem is gabe figured out it wasn't my starter but my steering column... Its not 100 percent fixed but then again he only charged me 65 bucks
What a Rip-Off Artist! This guy took me for several hundred dollars! What a crook! I wouldn't get NEAR that place! Very bad business. Buyer beware! He charged me for things he did not do. I later found out when the car wouldn't start and took it to another mechanic.
great service that is honest and affordable for saabs and volvos We had an oil leak and took it to Syme's Saab (never go there!). $1000 later we still had an oil leak. Syme's claimed it was new and wanted $1500 to fix the "new" leak. Instead, we took it to Gabe's who said "I can't believe they missed this broken hose in a major service" (just done at Syme's). $110 later the leak was fixed for good. We've never looked back. 1.5 years of excellent service. The only disconcerting thing is that the place looks a mess, but I gues... read more
Wouldn't consider going anywhere else! Gabe's Scandia Motors, well it's now 3am here... I had my car towed from Van Nuys to allow Gabe & sons work on this (1 of many) cars that belong to me. So far my Acura, Nissan Alt, & two of my Fords... Gabe is a great guy. You have NO idea what I as a customer have put him through & yet as a team we continue to get through these challenges! Gabe's Scandia Motors, Patient & up for the challenge! Thanks gentlemen
