Great place
Their customer service was horrible. Their voicemail was full and texting was apparently the only way to get a hold of them. But once you did, asked your question, their response was 'i will check on this asap. thank you" and then days would go by so we needed to reach out to them asking again for any updates. We did not end up getting our water heater fixed or replaced by them because it was over a month of dealing with them.
I highly recommend Gabe. When nobody else wanted to help out on a Sunday he was quick to respond and help me out.
We called this company to do part of a home inspection on a vacant house. upon leaving they forgot to RECONNECT the water line for the refrigerator water dispenser. We had standing water on the floor for two days before somebody discovered it. They totally denied any involvement. It cost $10,000 to have the wood floors redone!
