Not sure what has happened to this company. We've had a contract for years. Phone calls not being returned and annual services not being done.
We have a service contract for.a Koehler generator. For the first year, service was great: we renewed, and it’s been horrendous. Repeated calls to fix generator and no response. Then they respond and indicate they will come to service the next day, and do not. Our generator has been out of commission for months with no response. We are now forced to find another service company, despite nearly 1 year left on the contract with Gabel. Avoid
