If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered a couch in October 2020. We were told because of covid it would take longer and to expect our couch in February. We understood that and moved forward. February came and went with no news from Gabberts. WE contacted them and they told us our couch is in production we can expect it in a few weeks. So we waited, and AGAIN no one contacted us so we called them beginning of April. This time I was put through to a supervisor and her only answer for me was because of the Texas power... read more
The customer support folks at Gabberts are exceptional, especially Shawn Johnson and Rob Sampson. I have an older power reclining couch (the maker went out of business) that I needed parts for, and Rob spent considerable time locating a spare in the warehouse for me. Shawn then came to our house and went above and beyond to make sure that the couch was in good working order once again. Thank you so much for the great service, and please know that this is a primary reason that we continue to shop at Gabberts.
