Very nice staff, helped me walk through every step of the process, even went through the Tesla app to help me file a claim on my app, and helped me save a lottt of money. It's a family business, and you can tell that they have integrity, and really care about doing a good job. Some body shops are like a factory, miss a lot of details, and don't care about the customers. If you're in Canoga Park, Woodland Hills, or Calabasas, and you need a body shop, make the drive out here instead of somewhere else. You will be much happier... read more
Exceptional experience at Gab collision center! My Tesla app scheduled an appointment for November 4th, but I I did not want to wait for a month. So I ended up calling Gab collision center and they told me to bring it in right away. Sean took it for a test drive, quickly identified the rattling sound's source ( a broken hubcap!) Outstanding service! Highly recommended! Thanks you! God bless your business!
My tesla had minor damage and they were the only local body shop I could find that would so body work on a tesla. I got my car back and it’s perfect. They even let me leave my rental car there and coordinated with Enterprise to have them get it. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and I’m happy.
Terrible experience. Autopilot doesn’t work after repair, car won’t update. Was not even tested or driven after repair. $75 deposit held on separate part with no update ever provided. Window shattered just prior to my arrival when I was told the car was ready, had to vacuum up glass pieces in the backseat on the floor and under the mat. 0 stars
