Appointed by our dishonest Property Management Company to undertake minor roof repairs to our Apartment Building, which were covered by the NHBC 10 year Building Guarantee. No consultation with the residents, who have been dishonestly charged nearly £5K, which we are now trying to recover legally.. No interest in the Customer. Would not recommend. I was Really really pleased with GA PropertyServices Ltd right from the very first point of contact. I was kept updated from start to finish of the work by a lovely lady called Lou. The work was completed by friendly polite guy called Gary whose work was of exceptional standard, he was respectful of the property at all times and his work was first class in every way. Thank you all for speedy efficient service. I would most definitely use their services again.
