I went in to get some parts for a small repair of 1 in pex. I bought a small piece of pex from them with fittings. Made the repair and still had a leak from their pipe. Someone partially cut the piece. I called them and was told it was my fault. They sold defective parts and did nothing to make good on it. Badd business. They could have refunded something it would have shown they cared. I guess ill drive a little further to Moore supply now
I've used these guys around 10 times and never stopped to thank them. I run a homestead in Kingsbury and always been somewhat of a city slicker. Anytime I have an emergency or have a question about plumbing these guys help me. They have around 100 years of combined plumbing knowledge hanging around that front desk.I can't imagine ever using lowes or some other big box company before going to these guys. They are truly a mom n pop and have that old fashioned customer service you just can't find anymore.
