This has to be the worst NEMT company around, the vehicles DO NOT have air conditioning, the lift ramp does not work, all the emergency exits are sealed shut. The vehicles wobbles on the highway and the employees are not trained to properly. If I could I would give zero stars. This company needs to be shut down and vehicles need to be given to the scrap yard. DO NOT utilize this company
This would have been my first time using Ga. Peach. Had been less than satisfied with other transportation company that I was using. I asked Ga. Peach for a 12:45 pickup for a 1:30 appt. I was fully aware of where we needed to go, so I knew how long it would take to get my mom on the van, to our destination and off the van to the appt. At 12:50, Ga.
