I am a commercial customer and G&A has always gone above and beyond what was expected. Gerardo the owner has techs and has showed up his self to make sure everything was working properly. Gerardo is honest and professional in every way. I will continue to be a loyal customer. Its hard to find business owners with a true love for what they do.

Last July a tech came to my house through Choice Home warranty because the fan on my outdoor unit stopped working so the AC wouldn't kick on. The guy spent about 5 minutes looking and said I need a new unit due to the compressor having died. I told him then just replace the compressor since it's only 10 months old and is going to be covered under manufacturer warranty. I also asked him if he looked at the fan. By far, hands down, the absolute best folks I've ever had servicing equipment on my home! I will absolutely recommend them to anyone and everyone. The technicians were wonderful, polite, professional, helpful, and informative and took the time to explain everything they were doing and why. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Again, best company/folks ever! 10/10! If I ever have any other issues, I will definitely be using G&A!
