Have used Lazenby & Sons many times over the years and find the work is always to a good standard and very efficient with calls and emails etc.
Great local company. Simple to book your project in with Lesley on the landline. Used for general building work, drainage and gutter repairs. Not so good on plumbing, but ultimately resolved. Professional, effective and efficient service. Highly recommend.
We had Lazenby come round to fix a leak around the chimney area. They had to come back several more times to fix the same issue, every time sending us a nice bill for essentially not fixing the issue, by the third time they came round to try and fix this issue (and charge us) we had to give up and find someone else to do it. When the second roofer came round he pulled up the tiles along the roof and found that the job they had done had made it worse, there was a whole lot more dampness and water coming in.
