DO NOT PURCHASE STAY AWAY FAR AWAY!!!!! We purchased a manufactured home in 2021 from Heritage Housing of Athens. It didn't get set until 2022 and we didn't get a certificate of occupancy until 6/27/2024 due to a plethora of problems none of which have been addressed. I have text messages, photos, emails and a plethera of information that is most likely too big for this box. I started with contacting where we purchased the home by email as early as 9/2022. Poorly built trailers. Our floor is caving in from a plumbing issue or a sealing issue, not sure which one. The electrical work is sketchy to say the least, already had to redo the electrical work in one of the bedrooms. The water comes through the bottom of the door when it trains. Just overall very cheaply built. I honestly feel like even I could build this trailer but better.
Horrible construction! Crappy materials and even worse service to get the home installed! The roof on half of my house is 3” longer than the other half!!! Nail holes and staple holes everywhere!! Paint on the fixtures, the front door is improperly hung, no flooring supplies to cover the joint between the two halves. Missing fixtures glass the list goes on!! No one will return called from the factory or the area manager. If I could give them negitive stars I would!!!
Spoke to a nice lady named Alex. I didn't move forward, however i really appreciated her attention to detail and work ethic.
The customer service is good! I had a good experience, and my mobile home is what I wanted. Cheap so I don’t have to pay it for 30years.
